Wise linking structure have great impact on search engine optimization (SEO). The use of keywords for internal linking would be an advantages. For better rank, Google do look for keywords which contained in link achor text.
By manipulating your keywords in internal linking will also help for better navigation throughout your whole site. Internal linking also tell the search engines what is the most important in your site.
Keywords used in text link must be match with the keywords found in the post as the links referring. Example of text link;

The site that your link pointed to, must have the same keywords as you used in the link anchor text.
